What is ZAiKS?

ZAiKS is a society of authors and Poland’s leading collective rights management organization.

We represent a broad range of artistic fields and professions; composers, lyricists, screenwriters, playwrights, translators, visual artists, choreographers and other creators of art, as well as music publishers.

We collect and distribute royalties to creators (and other rights holders, e.g. publishers and/or heirs) for the use of their copyrights.

We provide expert legal, material and organisational support to protect the rights and promote the interests of all authors and creators.

ZAiKS is a leading patron of the arts and culture in Poland, distributing millions of zlotys in financial support every year across a whole range of creative and cultural initiatives, using such vehicles as our Creativity Support Fund.
